Jessica, a certified mental performance coach, is dedicated to help equestrians overcome their internal challenges on their way to achieving their riding or competition aspirations.

We met at The Woodlands to create new visual content (both photographs and video) for Jessica’s website and social media. Throughout Jessica’s session, we documented the many facets of her services, from group seminars to trainer/parent education to 1-on-1 coaching.
